14-year-old Bhawika Pradhan has become the winner of first women physique 2018 championship. The event organised by Ultimate Fitness Gym was held on September 8th 2018, at the Auditorium Hall of NB Bhandari Degree College in Gangtok.
It was the first time a championship for women was organised in Sikkim.
Pradhan hails from Sichey and is the daughter of Ambika and Robin Pradhan.
‘I am both happy and excited after winning the title. I want to make my state proud by winning more such championships in the future’ said Bhawika after winning the title while talking with SIKKIM CHRONICLE.
She is a student of class IX in Tashi Namgyal Academy.
She is trained by Sujay Tamang at Classic Gym in Sichey, East Sikkim.
